Well travelled: Worked in the Engineering & Construction Industry in support of Oil and Gas projects worldwide; 19 years as USG Diplomat/Foreign Service Officer.
I have lived and worked on 4 Continents: THE AMERICAS/EUROPE/ASIA and AFRICA in more than 35 countries. I feel I am a world citizen but, of course, my first allegiance is to the United States as I am a U.S. Citizen.
